9 Exercises For A Perfectly Toned Body

1. Swimming. If you’ve always loved the water and swimming, why should you enroll yourself in a gym? Avail membership at a pool club or nearby resort where you can easily go for a quick dip and do your laps at least three to four times a week. 6. Inclined push ups. Work your upper body. With your arms against a sturdy bench and your toes against the floor, Bend your elbows as you support your body and not letting it touch the floor. Pull back up then down again. Keep repeating for as many times as you can.
7. Leg side raise. On the floor, lie on your left with your left arm supporting your head. Put your right leg on top of your left leg. Raise slowly and bring it down without touching the other leg. Repeat on the other side.
8. Plank. Face down on the floor, with elbows bent forward and toes up. Keep to this position for as long as you can. This works up your abs.
9. Glute raise. Face down on the floor, with elbows bent forward, knees bent. Raise your right leg as far back as you can without stretching your knees. Repeat 15 times, 3 sets. Do the same with your other leg. Increase resistance by adding ankle weights.
